How can I cancel my order?

If you think you have ordered the wrong product or want to cancel the order, you must notify us within the next 3 hours, otherwise the order will be forwarded to the agent for shipping.


My product arrived damaged, what should I do?

When your order reaches you, be sure to open the package with the courier and check whether there is any damage to your products. In case of damage, you can request the cargo officer to issue a report and send it back directly.[/vc_column_text]


I tore the original packaging, how can I return it?

We regret to inform you that products that are not returned with their original packaging will not be accepted unless they are faulty and no refund will be made.


When will I send the product(s)?

Although CPAPMerkezi.com aims to finalize it as soon as possible, the return process may take 5-10 days.


I think it's a manufacturing defect, what should I do?

If the item you purchased contains defective materials and/or workmanship, please contact us first for troubleshooting and you will then be provided with a return shipping code via email if required.


CPAPMerkezi.com will agree with the manufacturer on your behalf to have the product repaired or replaced with the same or similar product under warranty.


Please note that the shipping cost associated with sending the products to CPAPMerkezi.com is not covered by the warranty.


Do you take any product back?

For hygienic reasons, products that come into direct contact with the skin or that have indirect bodily contact through inhalation/exhalation cannot be returned or exchanged. None of these types of products are acceptable for return, even after use or when the packaging has been opened. If you are undecided about the product you will buy, you can get help from our customer representative. The products you buy in line with the recommendations of our customer representative must also meet the above-mentioned conditions.

Refunds will be made by Credit Card, Debit Card or Wire Transfer only.


Amounts payable are made to your credit/debit card or account according to your payment method. Credit/Debit card refunds may take 10-30 days to reflect on your card due to differences in banks' processes. Unfortunately, it is not in our hands to shorten this process.
