ResMed AirTouch F20 Full Face CPAP Mask is an updated version of the AirFit F20 that includes an alternative UltraSoft Memory Foam silicone. Foam silicone is designed to provide a superior fit.

UltraSoft Memory Foam Silicone

The distinguishing feature of the AirTouch F20 from the original Airfit F20 is the mask silicone. The silicone has a layer of "memory foam" that sticks to your face instead of traditional silicone. It is intended to fit much better than Memory Foam silicone and to prevent leaks.

Due to the nature of the foam, it cannot be washed off like a traditional mask. Foam can be wiped every day

F20 Frame and Header

The AirTouch F20 uses the same frame and head as the AirFit F20, which means the cushions between the two versions are interchangeable. Existing users of the F20 can purchase an UltraSoft Memory Foam cushion to try the current mask, and users who have purchased the AirTouch F20 can purchase a silicone AirFit F20 cushion to try it out. The frame is one size and fits all three sizes of F20 pillows.
