The CPAP Device uses a special air compressor to compress the filtered air from the surrounding environment to produce continuous positive pressure. Positive pressure is delivered to the patient through a breathing tube. Under positive pressure, the patient's upper airway is kept open, allowing the patient to breathe normally.
