VentMed DS5 CPAP Machine — Continuous Positive Airway Pressure is a medical device used to treat respiratory disorders such as sleep apnea. EPR (Expiratory Pressure Relief, 0-3 levels) Auto Synchronization Technology allows the patient to achieve perfect synchronization, which is the CPAP device that provides patients a comfortable experience.
Treatment Principle
The main function of the CPAP device is to maintain the smooth flow of the airway. The main problem of OSA (Obstructive Sleep Apnea) patients is upper airway collapse. This collapse manifests as mouth breathing, snoring, and apnea. The CPAP device is a device that provides Continuous Positive Airway Pressure through the mask.

Do not overfill the water tank as water may enter the appliance and the hose!
1. Place the device on a stable surface.
2. Open the water tank cover and fill with distilled water up to the maximum water level mark. Do not fill the water tank with hot water.
3. Close the water tank cover.
4. Firmly attach the hose to the air outlet located on the back of the device.
5. Plug the power connector into the back of the device. Plug one end of the power cord into the power supply unit and the other end into the electrical outlet.
6. Firmly attach the free end of the tubing to the mask.
