To keep your ResMed HumidAir Humidifier working like new, it should be replaced every 12 months. The water tank lid easily lifts up for cleaning and refilling.

Allow ten minutes for the chamber to cool as it may be too hot to touch after use. While cooling is taking place, a blue snowflake will appear in the upper right corner of the device's screen.

Maximum Fill Level Tips

Do not fill the water tank above the maximum fill line. Damage to your humidifier or device may occur. If the water tank is overfilled, water may leak out when closing the cap.

Only use distilled water at room temperature. Do not put any chemicals or additives in the water. Additional substances you add may cause possible airway irritation or damage.

Do not try to fill the water tank while it is inside the humidifier.

Do not turn on the humidifier without the water tank installed. If there is no water in the water tank, the Humidifier number setting should remain at 0.

Do not move the humidifier while there is water in the water tank.
